Historical and Architectural sights.

From the windows of the hotel overlooking the courtyard there is a magnificent view of the Kremlin of Nizhniy Novgorod. The windows of the facade overlook directly the House – Museum of Peter the Great, where the Russian tsar stayed in may 1695 during a military raid to the Azov. Within a ten minutes walk there is the central square of the city: Minin and Pozharsky square and the main street Bolshaya Pokrovskaya which represents the center of business and trade activities of the city with its banks, companies, most visited shops, restaurants, bars.

Not far from the hotel there are such historical and architectural sights of the city as ancient churches: Church of the Holy Women, Ascension Church, Saint Sergey Church, Uspenye Church, John the Baptist’s Church, Elias the House – Museum of Peter the Great, Fine – Arts Museum, the Volga Staircase named after V. Chkalov. In 100 meters from the hotel there is a magnificent panoramic view of the spit (the confluence of the Volga and the Oka) and of Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.

The fortunate situation of the hotel gives our guests the possibility to get to the airport in 40 minutes, to the railway station in 10 minutes and to the Volga Passenger Port in 5 minutes.
